Hello, I’m Elizabeth!
I survived architecture school one comic at a time, and now I am navigating my mid-twenties the same way. Forever moving up and down the east coast, I currently reside in Albany, NY. In the past I’ve lived in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Brooklyn (…and Washington D.C. for two summers).Â
I’ve been drawing comics (or trying to) since I was a kid. My earliest inspirations were Captain Underpants and then shortly thereafter Diary of a Wimpy Kid. I would draw comic strips in middle school and share them with my friends at recess.Â
Sometime in high school I discovered the graphic memoir, and from my senior year in 2018 through graduating my five year architecture degree in 2023 I would summarize my school experience each summer with a zine. During my time at Pratt I was a member and eventually president of Static Fish comic club.
Now that I am in “the real world”, I am trying to stay motivated and pursue my miscellaneous artistic passions.
